Community Relations: Giving Back
Discounts
At LandDevOps.com, our mission extends beyond reshaping the land—we are deeply committed to supporting the people who secure our freedoms, protect our communities, and build our future. We proudly offer structured tactical incentives to give back to those who serve.
Tiered Support Matrix (Our Discount Structure)
We have engineered our community pricing tier to offer the highest level of appreciation to those who have sacrificed the most for our country and communities.
🪖 Tier 1: Combat-Disabled Veterans & Gold Star Families (The Highest Honor)
Eligibility: Service-connected disabled veterans and Gold Star immediate family members.
The Incentive: Our maximum operational discount. A 15% discount on all tactical labor and equipment service fees to help optimize, clear, or secure your homestead.
🇺🇸 Tier 2: Active Duty, Veterans, Law Enforcement & First Responders
Eligibility: Active/Reserve military, veterans, Police, Sheriff, State Troopers, Firefighters, and EMTs.
The Incentive: A 10% operational discount on all labor and machine time.
🍎 Tier 3: Frontline Healthcare & Educators
Eligibility: Active K-12 teachers, professors, nurses, and dedicated healthcare professionals.
The Incentive: A 5% appreciation credit applied to the project’s service total.
Strategic Asset Stacking (How Stacking Works)
To ensure we maximize your project budget while keeping our machinery running sustainably, we allow strategic incentive stacking under the following parameters:
The Service Double-Stack: If a household features two eligible service roles (for example, a veteran married to a school teacher), you can stack your tiers up to a maximum cap of 20% off the total labor/service rate.
Community Referral Multiplier: Any Tier 1, 2, or 3 client who refers another landowner who books an operation will receive an additional one-time 2.5% credit stackable onto their next future land project.
The Parameter Cap: Discounts apply strictly to LandDevOps machinery operations, 3D mapping services, and labor costs. Third-party material logistics (such as bulk gravel delivery, culvert pipe sourcing, or rented specialty sub-assets) are billed at flat cost parameters and are exempt from tier discounts.
